About ND Networking
ND Networking's #1 goal is to create a safe community for people with disabilities to socialise and for genuine connection. We want to create a space that gives each participant as much control over their social life as possible.
Our current goal is to create a larger online community. Having a large online community will massively increase everybody's ability to find connections with mutual interests. We also want to host more sessions that allows everyone to get to know each other in a more comfortable environment.
Our dream goal is to have a community large enough to enable us to connect people online and offline. With a big enough community, the right people and some care. There are endless possibilities to what can be done to help people.

Hello I'm Hayden, founder of ND Networking.
I began my disability support career in 2015, working face to face with a range of clients, from those who required full time care to supporting children to learn and grow. I excelled at engaging and supporting children and young adults, and over time working with young people became the focus of my support work. During this time, I noticed autistic traits within myself, and was later diagnosed with ASD and ADHD.
When COVID hit a friend had the idea to connect people with disabilities online. It was a great idea as many of my clients were isolated or held unique interests. There were so many barriers to socialising that a lot of my clients only had support workers as friends.
While workers and clients can have invaluable relationships, this doesn't replace the need for genuine friendship and peer interaction. I started ND Networking to help connect people all over Australia. My goal is to facilitate social connections for people with disabilities in a safe, supportive environment based around shared interests and friendship.
I appreciate any help in creating a more connected Australia.
